At Vandyam, we strive to prepare fresh, high-quality Sattvik meals specifically for your order. To maintain our standards of purity and minimize food wastage, we enforce a strict cancellation policy.
Once a payment is successfully completed and the order is confirmed on orders.vandyam.in or our main site, cancellations are not permitted.
Modifications to an order (such as adding items) may be allowed at the sole discretion of Vandyam, provided the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, removing items or cancelling the order entirely is not possible once payment is processed.
Vandyam reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability of ingredients, technical errors, or delivery issues). In such cases, a full refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.
