Description
Badusha is deliciously flaky and layered Indian Sweet that shimmers in a sugary coat. It is not too sweet nor mild. It is prepared mainly with maida or all-purpose flour, deep-fried in oil, and soaked in sugar syrup. It has a strong resemblance to glazed Donuts but varies with its layered texture and crunchy taste. In north India, it is known as Balushahi and Badusha in south Indian cuisine.
