Curry leaves Chutney Pudi is made by roasting Curry leaves along with Lentils. It is used as a popular condiment in south India. Chutney powders are the basic must to have items in south Indian kitchen.

Generally Curry leaves, Urad dal  and Red chilli are roasted in a low flame and coarsely ground with dry coconut, tamarind, salt  and Jaggery.
