- Eligibility for Refunds
Since food constitutes perishable goods, we generally do not offer refunds. However, you may be eligible for a refund in the following specific cases:
- Missing Items: If an item you ordered is missing from your delivery.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you received an item different from what was ordered.
- Order Not Delivered: If the order was confirmed but not delivered due to an error on our end.
- Reporting an Issue
To request a refund, you must contact our support team at team@vandyam.in or via our provided phone number within 2 hours of the delivery time. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., incorrect item).
- Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment (or source account).
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed by our internal team within 72 hours of approval.
- Credit Timeline: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after we have processed it.
