Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 19th 2026 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Since food constitutes perishable goods, we generally do not offer refunds. However, you may be eligible for a refund in the following specific cases:

  • Missing Items: If an item you ordered is missing from your delivery.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you received an item different from what was ordered.
  • Order Not Delivered: If the order was confirmed but not delivered due to an error on our end.

 

  1. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at team@vandyam.in or via our provided phone number within 2 hours of the delivery time. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., incorrect item).

 

  1. Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment (or source account).

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed by our internal team within 72 hours of approval.
  • Credit Timeline: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after we have processed it.
